This is a good read. Thought me lots of new facts about work out methods and introduced me to pliability which i have implimented with my burning elbow. It has help tremendously.

Love the information on how to feel better mind and body. I tell all my friends this tip I found in the book..... drink water... half your weight in ounces daily. I have several sections booked marked!!
